The tasting journey begins with delicate Hotate Ponzu, followed by Chutoro Hand Roll and Shimaji Onigiri, before unfolding into the richness of Wagyu Edo Roll. The evening concludes on a gentle note with Strawberry Jelly Mousse, completing a harmonious wine pairing experience at one of Sukhumvit’s most distinctive Japanese bars.
